Mr. Wilcox’s current and prior affiliations consist of: Board Member: Westside Center for Independent Learning, SF Reef Resources, Junior Achievement and Very Special Arts.
John DeCero
President and Director
Previously started and built the successful Commercial Banking Group of Western Financial Bank for 10 years prior to its sale to Wachovia. Prior experience includes Citicorp and Comerica Bank.
Mr. DeCero’s current and prior affiliations consist of: OCCAPC, SCR, The Arts Orange County, Orange County Forum Member; Orange Council Business Council Member, Edinger Corridor Redevelopment Committee Board Member.
